Isnor and Khadijah

It's been a many months since I last shot a malay wedding.

Malay weddings tend to require the photographer to take lots of group photos and today's wedding is no exception. This makes taking journalistic shots a challenge as we tend to be sticking around where the couple was sitting most of the time.

Today's one was a rather tiring one as I am shooting continuously for a solid 12hrs. Only had 1 quick bite and 'stole' some time for a few sips of water now and then. Think I'm gaining enlightenment. Haha.

Anyway, the shoot was pretty nice despite all long leg work.

Here are a few shots fresh from oven....

The wind was real strong by the window. Took about 30 over shots to get this right.Unlike chinese weddings, the guys from the bride's side are also part of the team stopping the groom from getting to the bride. One of the 'kompang ' guys who stood out from the rest with his huge shadesFather's speech to the couple
